Close cooperation – in total independency - with manufacturers of innovative equipment for the production of micro-encapsulates has allowed MCC s.a. to gain unmachted experience with all possible techniques. The use of fluidized or spouted bed systems, ultra sonic or high frequency nozzles; single or double barrel extruders together with a broad range of spraydriers has earned MCC s.a. the reputation of a professional partner to manage complete micro encapsulation projects.

The ability  to make such a choice depends on experience in industrial processes. Manufacturers of equipment, producers of micro encapsulates are by nature inclined to promote their own technology, not necessarily the choice of an independant experienced advisers.

In our application laboratory we are able to test the micro encapsulates and their performance to make sure that products correspond to the real ones, our customers intend to bring to the market place.

Micro and nano technology are often descibed as the next KONDRATIEFF wave. Access to this new technology cycle has never been so easy.

Designing or making micro encapsulates without  the ability to measure its performance, would be ignoring the essential elements of micro encapsulation's purposes, equal to walking in the blind. MCC's  laboratories are dedicated to detect ppb trace elements, to quantify living or inactivated micro organisms or to test for hazardous substances.

Analysing is not the only answer, using our scanning electron micropscope allows us to SEE the quality of our encapsulates. New imaging techniques such as nuclear magnetic resonance are available to show the place and the proportions between core and capsule.
